Important Notice
Permitted use
You may use this site for personal study, professional learning, classroom discussion, and internal training evaluation.
You are responsible for verifying important information against official certification-owner materials.
You are responsible for confirming your own exam eligibility, application details, fees, scheduling, identification requirements, and candidate obligations with the relevant certification owner.
Prohibited use
You may not use this site to upload, request, distribute, or reconstruct real exam questions, exam dumps, copyrighted paid-bank content, confidential assessment material, or content you do not have rights to use.
You may not misrepresent this site as official, affiliated with a certification owner, or a substitute for official assessment preparation materials.
You may not use the site to violate exam-security rules, nondisclosure agreements, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use automated systems in a way that harms availability or other users.
Content ownership and third-party marks
The original question explanations, study flows, and site interface are provided as educational content for this project.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for identification of study subjects.
Availability and changes
The site may change, be corrected, or become unavailable at any time.
Question banks, explanations, scoring, recommendations, and supported subjects may be updated without notice.
Features that depend on third-party services, including Firebase, Google sign-in, GitHub, Vercel, or certification-owner websites, may be affected by those providers' changes, outages, limits, or policies.
Account, sign-in, sync, and deletion features may require third-party authentication, recent reauthentication, network availability, and correctly configured Firebase security rules.
Accounts and progress data
Local-only progress depends on your browser storage and may be lost if you clear site data, switch browsers, use private browsing, or change devices.
If optional cloud sync is configured and you sign in, you are responsible for using an account you control and for signing out on shared devices.
Signed-in users may delete their CertNest account from the login page. Account deletion is intended to delete the Firebase Authentication user and the cloud-synced progress document associated with that user.
Deleting an account does not automatically delete local progress stored in every browser or device unless you choose the local-progress clearing option on that device or clear browser storage yourself.
No warranties
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
You use the site at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner and contributors are not liable for exam results, certification decisions, lost opportunities, lost data, account issues, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
Account deletion, cloud sync, and local-progress clearing are provided as convenience features and may be affected by third-party provider behavior, browser storage behavior, user device settings, or configuration errors.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
